We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within India. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days for ready-to-ship items. For bridal and custom orders, timelines vary from 4-8 weeks.
We ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination. Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer.
As each piece is handcrafted to order, we do not offer returns. However, we do offer one-time size exchanges or alterations if requested within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unworn, with all tags intact.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Post this window, the production process begins, and we cannot process any cancellations.
